Voor onze nieuwe multidisciplinaire praktijk in Vilvoorde zoeken we een enthousiaste tandartsassistent(e) (m/v/x) die vanaf de opstart mee de basis wil leggen. Je bent het gezicht van de praktijk aan het onthaal én de rechterhand van onze tandartsen aan de stoel.

Wat je doet

• Stoelassistentie: je assisteert de tandarts vlot tijdens de behandelingen en zorgt dat alles klaarstaat.
• Onthaal en administratie: je verwelkomt patiënten, beantwoordt telefoon en e-mail en beheert de agenda.
• Sterilisatie en hygiëne: je staat in voor het steriliseren van instrumenten en het netjes en proper houden van de behandelruimtes.
• Praktijkondersteuning: je volgt de voorraad op en denkt mee over een vlotte werking — zeker handig in deze opstartfase.

Wie we zoeken

• Een diploma tandartsassistent(e) of een medische/administratieve richting is een plus — gedreven starters en herintreders zijn eveneens welkom.
• Nauwkeurig, hygiënisch en patiëntgericht, met oog voor detail.
• Een echte teamspeler die initiatief neemt en van afwisseling houdt.
• Goede kennis van het Nederlands; kennis van Frans of Engels is een pluspunt.

Vos missions

• Assistance au fauteuil : vous assistez le dentiste pendant les soins et veillez à ce que tout soit prêt.
• Accueil et administration : vous accueillez les patients et gérez le téléphone, les e-mails et l’agenda.
• Stérilisation et hygiène : vous assurez la stérilisation des instruments et la propreté des salles de soins.
• Soutien au cabinet : vous suivez les stocks et contribuez au bon fonctionnement — précieux en cette phase de démarrage.

Votre profil

• Bonne connaissance du français ; la connaissance du néerlandais ou de l’anglais est un atout.
• Un diplôme d’assistant(e) dentaire ou une formation médicale/administrative est un plus — les débutant(e)s et les personnes en reconversion sont également les bienvenu(e)s.
• Précis(e), soucieux(se) de l’hygiène et orienté(e) patient, avec le sens du détail.
• Un véritable esprit d’équipe, prenant des initiatives et appréciant la variété.

For our new multidisciplinary practice in Vilvoorde, we’re looking for an enthusiastic dental assistant (m/f/x) who wants to help build the practice from the start. You are the face of the practice at reception and the dentists’ right hand at the chair.

What you’ll do

• Chairside assistance: you support the dentist during treatments and make sure everything is ready.
• Reception and administration: you welcome patients and manage the phone, e-mail and calendar.
• Sterilisation and hygiene: you sterilise instruments and keep the treatment rooms clean and tidy.
• Practice support: you track supplies and help keep things running smoothly — especially valuable in this start-up phase.

• Good knowledge of English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.

• Precise, hygiene-conscious and patient-focused, with an eye for detail.
• A real team player who takes initiative and enjoys variety.
